Rebuilding Stormwall

Financing the rebuilding effort of Stormwall is a massive undertaking. Duchess Ann Crovane and Duke Asger Crovane have been working tirelessly on the project, and they've found numerous backers. Guildmaster Joscelin Arterius of the Crafters Guild pledges a million silver to the effort. Rook Grayward, the Crown Minister of Coin manages to put the weight of the Crown behind the effort, and the banker Seymour Oak finds many wishing to invest in the Stormwall reinvestment effort. Between all of them, the equivalent of well over ten million silver is pushed into Stormwall, and large scale construction of the city is underway.
