Description: Soft, full lips and smouldering blue eyes grant warmth and kindness to a face that otherwise tends towards the sardonic. She is neither slender, nor thick. Neither willowy, nor voluptuous, but instead possesses a pleasant hourglass frame. Her head is crowned by a tightly kept mass of dark brown curls, elegantly coiffed and well-maintained.

Personality: Sorina can best be described as constant -- as steady as a rock, as serene as the surface of a still lake. Even more so while acting on behalf of her House or in pursuit of her duties, which so often require a quiet and keen observer. It is only when outside of the bounds of a professional setting that her reserved air may dissolve, revealing instead an unexpected flirtatiousness in its place. Who knew she was so pleasantly enchanting?

Background: Sorina's history is not particularly well-known, save for the titles and positions which she's fulfilled on behalf of other families and other Houses. A ladies' maid here, a seamstress there. Once, even a governess at a great estate in Lenosia. A less than impressive career, some might say -- or perhaps her true talents have simply gone unused and unnoticed up until now. That her life began in the Lyceum, at least, can be of little doubt. Her accent is too obvious for that.

Since having been selected by Lord Giulio Mazetti -- now Count Giulio Corvini -- as part of his entourage, she has served as gracious hostess and planner, as well as from time to time entertaining with poetry and song. She has even participated in several plays -- typically minor comedies or tragedies. She's quite good at it, really, and took to each of her theatrical roles well. (Of course, there have always been rumors about why the Mazetti lord might hire someone to serve in such a capacity when he rarely hosts parties' but it is minor gossip at best.)

With his recent marriage, Sorina has been assigned to Countess Ilinca Corvini as a lady-in-waiting, ostensibly to help teach the nuances of the Compact's society to the new Countess.
